The donations made by thousands of philanthropists over the years have enabled the Institution to grow from strength to strength and has successfully celebrated Silver, Golden, Diamond and Platinum Jubilees in a constructive and effective manner. As part of the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, a commemorative building has been constructed with a spacious dining hall, a modern kitchen, Multi Purpose hall etc., A small but elegant Temple of Abhaya Anjaneya Swamy has been consecrated in the Sabha's quadrangle for the benefit of its residents on 4th February 1991.

The disintegration of the joint family system and gradual increase in the longevity of the life has contributed to a large increase in the aged population. This has led to the increased number of aged destitutes seeking free lodging & boarding arrangements which has motivated and prompted us to go for Platinum Jubilee Blocks in commemoration of the Platinum Jubilee event. Former Prime Minister Sri. H.D. Devegowda laid the foundation stone for massive Platinum Jubilee Blocks on 15.1.1995 estimated to cost 87 lakhs of Rupees.
